Dear Sajha Community,
I chose not to renew my TPS as I am going home in few months to get my H1B visa and owing to family emergency as well.
Is there anything I need to be aware of or worry about with regards to H1b?
Will my TPS application followed by non-renewal affect my H1B?
I am currently in my OPT and transitioning to H1B in few weeks. I never really applied for TPS EAD.
I appreciate any help.
