Just my opinion.
Programming can be learnt in 2-3 months.No matter you have 10 years experiences in Real world it doesn't mean a person who has good training and who labor hard cannot have better output then the former.
Everybody is here for Money.If they can make higher then you,try to make even higher.Stop complaining Man.
Me myself i have almost 3 and Half experiences in Java/J2EE world,but still i see some freshers in OPT working hard and bringing some good results.
Bottom-line of discussion is better stop complaining and hard to focus Lol.
If any help for proxies in JAVA/J2EE/SPRING/RESTFUL/SOAP lemme know.We as a help can help you.
