Support depends upon company tara most consultancy provides you with that as support = being skill for that position = $$ for you and your consultancy; Most consultancy provides support so that you can stay on the project in that way consultancy gets some part of your salary too. if you can't stand in that company without support, consultancy have to start marketing and have to start over again which is a great loss for the consutancy.
