I doubt calling Nepal will ever be free what ever the app or service be , unless it's supported by some ads or something like that. Freaking Nepal telecom charges on incoming call. Nepal probably is one of few country which charges incoming call tax from people who want to talk to their family , after working their as* off and sending remittances.
