I have been waiting almost a month after my 'no biometrics needed form'.
Calling that number won't help because they will just tell you the average processing time is 3 months and you will have to wait some more time. My suggestion is to email here NSCFollowup.NCSC@uscis.dhs.gov with your case numbers. I did not get a reply but emails are always better than phone call.
