If you have Continuous Physical Presence in U.S. Since: June 24, 2015 you can apply for TPS no matter what your status is.
- Once TPS and AP approved, you can travel internationally even if you are out of status
- If you apply for EAD and gets it approved, you can legally work
- As long as you have valid TPS, you are legally in the country.
