Guys, make sure you negotiate your terms with whoever helping you. They will try to cut chunk in percentage(payment) as well as make you sign legal contract to stay with them for 3-5 yrs. Make sure you read before you sign.

Request Salary increment per year or percentage reduction per year.

Remember they need you more than you need them. Both parties feed off from each other, so be smart and negotiate a good deal.
