@skt, told you I was asking for a friend. His fee waiver request got denied. He received a green slip with it. He has 45 days from the date on the slip to send back a new application with the correct amount. He said he'll just send it after Christmas lol. That way, there's no confusion as to whether he has to pay $465 or $495.
