The sense of not having a good business idea gives me sleepless nights as well. I have yet to come up with an idea but my friend used to tell me that we can copy ideas from US to import in Nepal. Some flops are below:

Ride Share: We all know this has a HUGE potential, probably when Motorbike ride shares are also taken into account. But the unavailability of geo location & mappings, expensive rackspace to run the app, server licensing & maintenance costs will deep this venture highly impossible in current state.
Coin Operated Laundromat: Water? Electricity? Not sure if culture will also play as an impediment.
Butcher Shop: Refrigeration is a problem therefore CC cameras broadcasting live feed from Chyangra Warehouse (temperature controlled with feeders etc) with small chips in Bacon's ear, Goat's ear that provides the web feed (to the consumers) vital but brief statistics on state of each inventory (age, weight, gender, lean/fat proportion etc). They order by phone and come pick fresh meat.
Payment Technology: Android App and Merchant Point of Sale Machines are expensive and already provided by conventional banks to established businesses. I am thinking something like utilizing NFC with session tokens that will make direct payment into shopkeeper's account via Android Phone. The target consumers are the real small shopkeepers that run business on cash alone and have to deposit money in a conventional bank at the end of the day. A proprietary cash token (like Amazon Coins or Facebook Coins) is generated when the consumer uses an Installed Kiosk (work with Seaga for that) or goes to a Sahakari Bank (this will be cheaper route than to go with an A grade Bank). That is consumer pays NRS 1000 gets 1000 Coins (no cost to consumer). They take DhanaLaxmi Cash Point 1000 and pay for Bananas and Smoothies at Maila Dai Fruit Shop using NFC with session token. Maila Dai comes to Kiosk (limit below NRS 5000) or comes to Sahakari Bank Location that is opened late (to exchange cash). He can choose to keep cash in Sahakari Bank but since small businesses need cash on a daily basis this may help.

Please comment and refine. I think most of these ideas are a flop but ideas nonetheless.
