I really need a good suggestion from you guys. I am doing my Accounting degree. It is very difficult to find job so thought it would be good if i go for different IT training. I am currently doing some R programming (on my own) in courser to gain some knowledge on programming. but now i am wondering how to find people so they will help me to land a job how does it work. I don't have real work experience at all in IT. However I am looking Tableau, SQL, what ever i get in youtube, so thinking to go for a beginner job but could not understand where to start.

I would be more than happy if you guys really give me a way to move forward.........
