Hi guys,
I got a situation. I will really appreciate if someone provide me some good advice. I am solely on TPS EAD which is going to expire on December 26, 2016. I recently applied for I-765,I-131 and I-485 through EB2. Receipt date for all documents are October 31, 2016. Check already cashed out. I am desperately waiting for EAD card to come before December 26. I haven't received any fingerprint notice yet.
Anyone in the same boat just waiting for GC EAD without applying TPS EAD?
Is it ok to work with expired TPS EAD as stated in Federal register?
Or to be in safe side should i apply for TPS extension for EAD?
I would really thankful to you guys for any kind of inputs.
