here are some points and things to consider -
1. go through your contract and see if there is something that stops you from joining client directly. consultancy are good at this and put some clause so that they don't lose their piece of pie. If there are more mouth between client and ur consultancy, its get more complicated. But at the end, it all comes down to $$$$$.
2. Do not tell anything about ur resume to your manager or client if you decided to take full time. You don't know how that going to react.
3. The resume that you submit to USCIS is not fake. So there will be some challenge to avoid that ur client don't see that resume. Act smart, tell them you would love to work with same lawyer that you have worked. Find one and do all your paperwork directly and ask employer to pay.
4. They want you full time not because of ur resume, but because of ur work. So background check will be at its minimal.
