I talked with BOA and Discover bank and Discover was better deal, but 12 month is interest free, after that you will be charged 18 percent or close to that. It is best option when we are planning to pay back in a year or so. They also offer 4% or 3% apr from the starting and there will be no fees. I have seen most of those offers are 18 months. I have seen multiple bank sending those so I have been looking for the best deal.
