I sent out 2 TPS application last week-1 for me and 1 for my friend. I sent my application with Money order but my friend filed with fee waiver. Both the packages were delivered at the same time.

So, I received notification ( Email and Text) yesterday but she hasn't received anything. Could it be because of the fee waiver, do they process it differently?
