You can send the copy of i94 front and back.
Its one of the three docs that is needed for renewal: tps approaval, or ead front back or i94 front and back.
Also select renewal. By the time your application is processed, the printed validity on that card may already be gone.
For the lin, did you loose both the ead notification and tps? if you have one of the above, they are sequential.
