I agree with you, however , my situation seems to me slightly different from regular case.
If we Check at only #3.- Renewal of my permission to accept employment (attach a copy of your previous employment authorization document).
They want us to attach a copy of prior EAD, which I do not have.
I went to the case status link, however I do not have LIN number, I tried one number before and after, but could not track to confirm what address it was shipped :) in USPS as it was several months ago.
I could not find the initial receipt of tps, that would have been helpful as you rightly said.
I was working long before TPS/EAD hence the employer did not bother asking about my new ead from TPS as I was on h1b before.
So it seems like the only option I have is to check on Number 2 and write a note hoping they will approve.
Any other helpful thoughts ?
