Hi,

My Work Permit card is missing.

I looked everywhere possible, could not find it, I think it is lost.

As I am preparing to re-register for TPS, looking at the section above number 1 that asks for our full name, it says " I am applying for ...and gives 3 options

1.- Permission to accept employment.
2.- Replacement (of lost employment authorization document).
3.- Renewal of my permission to accept employment (attach a copy of your previous employment authorization document).

I am planning cross mark on - Number 2 & 3.

The question is -
would it be ok to mark 2 & 3 and send all other application documents ?

I am specially concerned because Number 3 says- attach a copy of your previous EAD, which I could not find.

Please help, if any of you have gone through similar problem, your thoughts or suggestions would be helpful.

- Is there any number we could call to ask the USCIS representative?
