You better finish your paper work first and join anywhere you want. But my experience says, do not ever join the consulting company like- Deloitte, Cognizant, TCS, etc. Better join the company that has home grown project. Consulting company have a lot of pressure on the low level employee cause they have a short span of time to warp up the project and impress their client.
