Very Very Important: If your TPS is still pending you need to CALL USCIS immediately and let them know that it has been more than 6 months since you applied. They should be able to prioritize you case and should be adjudicated (decided) within few weeks. I am not a lawyer but this is what I did in May when I needed my EAD.
