Actually this case is one of the rare sweet American justice example. If u r not guilty u don't use your money power influence to keep the girl in nepal at any cost. Prosecutor knew how corrupt nepal is, luckily, they use american special power to flew back girl and testify against. Mr. Dev thought he won by blocking and punishing girl with fake passport fraud felony in nepal but he lost case at the will power of prosecutor and detective. kudos to them.
some points in this case besides claim of language mambo jumbo and lack of physical evidence.
1. why he was so against girl coming back to US once case started if he was innocent?
2. why admit fuking only after 18 yrs old even that legally allows him with consent if that what he argues?. that's your adopted daughter dammit!! u don't fuk daughter period!! blood related or not .
3. girl who is 15 arrived in US fresh from nepal ( and 17 years ago and poor) don't turn slut in 2 yrs, it takes more more time than that, we all know coming from nepal how girls used to be 17 yrs ago and from poor family not knowing how the US is, impossible to grasp she went college have lots of boyfriends with 3 abortions. she wasn't even that hot (sorry no PC) I've in pics.

The main incriminating evidence was of course phone conversation, it is impossible to produce physical evidence in sex assault case, if he said he never had sex with adopted daughter he shouldn't had admitted even after her 18th birthday.
