In my personal opinion DHS/USCIS would publish notice on their federal register on Monday October 24,2016 rather than Friday, coz they always publish the notice exactly 60 days before the TPS termination date which is December 24,2016 for Nepal.
I think they would publish it next week for sure, either they are extending TPS for Nepal for next 18 months or they are providing orderly termination notice for 6 months.
