Listen mate? no need to lose your cool. My point is nobody aborts just for the heck of it. They do it because they have serious reasons behind it. But pregnancy can happen with or without any reasons. You are right poor people are everywhere. Furthermore, they are ALSO the ones who suffer most. According Human Dev. Report 2001 almost 38% of Nepalese are below poverty line. And mind you? it is not "killing the unborn baby" because you are poor but "aborting before 8 weeks" because you have a choice. Many women have lost their lives trying to abort by using local poisonous herbs. Yes, mahakaal there are local ways of aborting? where condoms have not reached. And as the news in the beginning of this thread, many have landed in jail. I think legalizing abortion safeguards these women and encourage them to access proper health services. Aborting in cities and by the rich has not been a problem? but rather the uneducated and the deprived ones suffer the most. I don?t like your example of kicking a pregnant woman. Its too graphic and you can't go around go kicking any woman because you don?t have the right and because you will be thrown in jail your balls sliced off by police. Or did you mean kicking your wife or somebody you know? Just do it and you will get the answer! I will even consult my lawyer give you the answer!
