i personally believe that going under the knife for anything less than a life threatening is reatarded, if u have the talent and commitment u will probably make it thru regardless, i mean ally was pretty flat too, plus i've seen a lot of cases where the silicons got damaged and there was was internal injury, and all that, anyway thats my two cents and my two cents are free..............
