No doubt Lokman is opportunist scumbag like anyone public figure in there but recent move by him brings dictatorship in Nepal? wtf ?
1. court, govt are two separate institutions, how he can force supreme court to follow what prachanda says ? is there a link i'm missing? u mean govt can hide evidence? but how far?
2. even assuming that is true, how Lokman can halt investigation if he is spared in his case when already started? wouldn't that be obvious ? Plus we all know Maobadi did indeed gotala and holds a powerful PM positions now and future (look third party running country) and you fear term limited Lokman would turned in to dictator and rule nepal nepalis ? thru what? Akhtiyaar ... power ? lol common...
3. Mr. Dixit isn't just a innocent senior journalist. he is the powerful oligarch behind shaping nepal influencing the govt. by his $$$ power, and there is no doubt that he and his family got rich kissing and killing (defrauding) madan samsher and rani jagadamba softly, they were pauper before. Also no doubt Lokman took personal revenge but i say - "hey call someone else corrupt if only your if record is clean"
I used to revered Govinda KC now I think I've big doubt. His agenda should be health sector not who runs the country, this time he blew it insisting Lokman's resignation over very simple incident which Akhtiyaar already pulled out and KTM Uni agreed no more involvement. yet KC still shouting over one time benefit of doubt case, who is behind KC ? DollarMani and the similar oligarchs ? u have to question.
4. Now the recent case, It more looks like personal vendetta from supreme judge Karki, remember, Lokman office claimed Dixit is related to Judge Karki and hence she can't be partial in fraud case of Dixit and she got pissed vehemently denied it that they are related, Could this be the reason Supreme court is loud and is interested reviving the case?, this judge is waco, don't believe in DNA and declares judges should be for social activism (not justice? haha) Also if Supreme court can revive case again and again like too many recently why is it even called a supreme court? just called it Appellate No 2 .
It sounds like I'm for LOkman, I damn not care, only pointing if u fear lokman fear his enemies too and they hold the bigger power influencing average people. Lokman can turn dictator to the politicians and govt employees only , not the average people he just don't have that power!! meanwhile average people can enjoy the chess game!
