Thanks everybody for your suggestions. Special thanks to gorkhe for your perspective; it has done quite a twist on my plan, and I feel more clear headed now.
Choila, ma dashain ko lagi jana laqeko ho. The major problem is I have like 6-7 younger cousins, and I fear any omission will look bad. I am planning on 'here you go, I met you first among other cousins, so you get the gift'.
At the end of the day, it's my choice what gift I give (if at all), and if anybody shows any attitude about it, well, it's that person's problem, and I better keep distance.
