If you want to make more money go for SAP .
Regarding SAS, it's mainly used in three different areas (I) Clinical -pharmaceutical and (II) Healthcare like medical claims data and (III) Financial sector like Credit Risk analysts ......

But huge scope in Pharmaceuticals . Salary may not be as good as SAP but not bad either. It's good to have Statistics background for SAS as many pharmaceutical companies these days look for statistics/biostatistics background.
I don't know how much coding is involved in SAP but SAS is mostly coding and you need to be good at it.
