When I applied my wife registration process throught CGFNS, after couple of months I was told they have forwaded the application to NYSE nursing board . After Few weeks we received and email from NY nursing Board stating below. Have any of you guys been through these process? What do i do now. Contact Nepal and than big question is CGFNS le letter nepal pathauda ta Nepal ko Board CTEVT le kei response pathayena aaba maile yaha bata pathauda how do i know they will? Any outputs would be appreciated. Below is the email deskription we received.

Form 2F (attached)- Certification of Foreign Nursing Education and official transkript from your school of nursing in the original language as well as an acceptable English translation. This should include the basis for admission, whether there was any advanced standing or transfer of credit, length of the nursing program, and dates of attendance. Please request the school send the Form 2F and official transkript directly to this office in an official sealed school envelope.
Form 3F (attached)- Validation of the status of the nursing program. This should include the verification of the status of the nursing program at time of your attendance and graduation, including the initial date of the approval/ accreditation of the schools nursing program. This should be sent in an institution sealed envelope directly to this office, from the registration authority.
Copy of your Nursing Diploma.
