Hey KicchuDada Are you sure about when to file date??
Because there are two section A. FINAL ACTION DATES FOR EMPLOYMENT-BASED
PREFERENCE CASES and B. DATES FOR FILING OF EMPLOYMENT-BASED
VISA APPLICATIONS
I think B. is when you can file your visa. So both Eb3 and 2 is current to file the application. But your greencard will only be process according to the date in A.
