@maxpayne and Kaleo: His tps is not denied because of the lack of evidences but because it's now less than 150 days left for TPS for nepal to expire unless USCIS renews it for another year. So i guess all others whose tps is still pending will get the same letter. So only if TPS is renewed, they can apply again.

@furke: Have you seen other cases how long and how much it takes for the suing process to complete? Lots of Years and lots of money, so suing is out of option.
