isn't corruption in nepalese DNA? Why just blame Politician? Sorry I can't blame politician only and never will.
Most of the people in Nepal are willing to do corruption if they gets a chance. Just a pick random government office you will see corruption everywhere. Then why not blame those people?
so my list is
1.) Most people in Nepal
2.) Politicians
......

n.) Most people who are complaining about corruption in Nepal. Not saying all but most of them will be corrupted if given opportunity.
So stop complaining about politician are this and that.
