but personally I feel they should treat pilots leniently. Pilots are just big bus driver, they are not even driver in modern air technology sense, they are just skilled maneuvers and auto piloting take care everything, most of time they sleep (big planes), SLC Isc Bsc passed what makes different?, they get their job based on how many hours they flew and it's quiet long hours too- certified by practical trainer on the spot. they are just very skilled laborers with in my eyes. do they need studies oc they do but what makes a difference? very little
