when I was doing I.SC, I knew this guy who had passed I.SC with third division, at that time third division was not even able to apply for MBBS entrance exam in neither government quota nor private college, 3 years later I happened to meet him somewhere in the street of kathmandu and he told me he is doing MBBS at Manipal Pokhara, I don't know how he got there I only know he is very close relative of one of top Leader of Nepali Congress.
