I have been trying very hard to loose 10 pounds in my waist area and feel like its getting no where. I have been loosing 200- 300 calories at the planet fitness every 4 days / week but still. Alcohol and rice is bad but how about 16 oz 6 pk Coors light and 3-5 plates of rice , Nepali style chicken and everything...every other day?? Is this really bad??. Sajha Mitra haru might know better.???
