I think you are making it complicated. I never said point of entry in India. India is just a connection and you are not entering India hence no Visa required if transit is less than 72 hrs. Yeti ko research garnai pardena kura bujeko bhaye. Use nepali passport in Nepal to get in and out. Again, all this to save money for tourist visa for the whole family. That was the main question. I have traveled multiple times with gc and also pp. Its the same thing with Britsh pp. All my cousins have traveled from UK with Nepali pp to Nepal and they dont even have India transit.
