this was not due to discrimination/ racist in mind but that time Kathmandu used to have very few crimes and there used to be lot of incident where indians (bihar and UP) kidnapping childrens ( bali / slavary etc purpose) were so that all kathmandu dwellers were terrified hence the saying. kathmandu people refer madhise to whom arrived from india not from terai. Calling Madhise from tarai - put it it blame on regional parties and few leaders.. mashesis could be in Tarai but there is no madhesh in Tarai.

you fight where your bigger stake is right? but is it possible? you will be bulgeon to army like in northeast india. if you want stake in nepal of course it is possible since we are build with 125 varieties.
rest-- discrimination is, was everywhere in world. it is rampant in educated world comparing to uneducated Nepal if you follow thoroughly .
