true bros.. what have phd and US returned ministers done any good in the past? .. i wonder this sometimes too.. but again i truly believe 8th grade can't be better than others educated one.. I myself confuse about mambo jumbo in economics.. here is my excuse theories--most phd's failed in Panchyat era due to interference from king and darbar....Mr. mahesh acharya wasn't educated in eonomics well enough after 2047 , he totally ignored the agriculture sector hence the maobadi movement got boost.. dr ram sharan mahat? though work short period, he seems good but looks like he blindly follows what US and Europe does except having his own plan that is nepal hawapani suitable.. having said that, though phd minishter haven't achieved anything in past at least they have 50/50 chance while 8th grade have 0.. This include mr barsha man pun...how do u even comprehend simple concept of economics with that qualification it just bothers my mind a lot as I try to comprehend.. yes most budget works are done by workers but who lays out the vision in long term? ... if you say PM he is SLC passed himself.. so 8th grade simply don't understand the terms of economics, only free sounds good populist to him but not sustainable in years that is my assessment.
