budget out... free this free that...sure that's what uneducated minister/people want that.. Nepalese will never understand that nothing is free actually.. it come out from someone's pocket....free concept is good but how can u sustain for long term that's the challenge...here i even seen Bernie Sandor supporters from Nepal LOL.. Are you kidding me? if you think he is god why not stay in Nepal ?
