Its the perfect time to apply.
1) First get GRE exam done with excellent score,
2) Start looking for Graduate schools with graduate assistantship (GA) or teaching assistant (TA).
3) Prepare your portfolio with your achievements, recommendations, and future goals.
4) Contact schools directly. I see very bright future for computer science graduates.
