Hillary Clinton is offering a "Woman's Card" to her donors. Mr. Trump needs to offer an " Americans Card" for those who don't need to rely on gender or race to get things done but get off their butts and do it themselves. Maybe Hillary ought to offer "Pitty Me" Cards instead!
