@saaneygurung: well my case is different actually, i already have my OPT EAD with me. In-state tuition doesnt apply to me hence my case is pending..
The only thing I am more concerned about delay in my case could possibly be unclear fingerprint or biometrics. Since concerned authorities hasnt sent me any mail stating the need of additional document.
