Any talk in news media about crap and shenanigans of Wall Street banks to buy Washington establishment politicians could help provide insiders' point of view on why the economy crashed so spectacularly in 2007-8.

It could also help provide insights on why there still is such a stiff resistance from many Washington establishment politicians and Wall Street banks when it comes to legislating tougher Wall Street regulations.
