Dear All,
I am writing in this forum to get your valuable suggestions regarding my concern. My wife has 5 years (3 yrs PCL and 2 yrs Bachelor) nursing degree from Nepal. Now she is in F2 visa and wants apply for RN license in Montana. Here is my confusion about obtaining credential from CGFNS, would that CP or CES; do they need English proficiency; do they issue license without SSN; what other possible options to get license without SSN and English proficiency certificate?
