magorkhe -  i see you giving tax advise all over in sajha. you seriously need to do some homework before you advise. why would you suggest her to file MFS and claim one kid each? are you out of your mind? SAN bro magorkhe and tax doesn't go along. please block magorkhe's post that even have one tax word. 

and for your sdahal: just FYI husband is not your dependent or vice versa. I suggest you file Married filing joint or you both may be in "loss-loss" situation. Again 200 bucks stands firm. or you can go to W tax in irving or Smriti Karki, CPA
