More government control, that's all.
The government needs to reduce corruption instead.
If Nepal made mobile phones then that is understandable as that measure would protect the domestic phone manufacturer/s. but that's just government saying we will not let you freely use any phone unless we have already got some commission from the sale of phones (preapproved).
