Definitely it is hard for the people who spend lot of time and money to enter USA and go back to Nepal. Certainly it is difficult, not easy. I will ask the same question in the context of Nepal--Isn't it hard for many people to go back to their own villages from Kathmandu or other well facilitated cities like Pokhara and Biratnagar ?
