The case brought in by the federal govt. in federal court against Joe Arpaio involving racial profiling of Latinos and other minorities reached a settlement after a federal judge basically kicked his ass.

Hundreds of his victims could now claim for damages and his county office is on hook for millions of dollars for his wild-wild west cowboy style tactics. And worse, he might have been trying to "investigate" or in other words trying to intimidate the judge who was presiding over the racial profiling case.

The federal govt. has now joined a separate racial profiling lawsuit that was brought against his county office by the American Civil Liberties Union.
