My inputs:
I also agree with no_more_crush regarding the reference for the data. You cannot just throw numbers without having something to back it up.
Please try and focus on one thing. I know we can bring change but god damn, you are all over the place. You can't expect change by just writing a piece. You talk about women power, President of Nepal is a women. Also according to our constitution
Under Article 63 (3) of the Constitution, the Constituent Assembly shall be comprised of 240 members elected from each of the 240 single-member constituencies with the first-past-the-post system, 335 members elected from political parties through the list proportional representation system and 26 members appointed by the Council of Ministers. Women must constitute at least 33% of candidates for the first-past-the-post system and the proportional representation system combined (Article 63 (5)).
33% of the candidates must be women. Compare to Nepal, USA only has 19.5%-21% female in national parliaments. source:http://www.ipu.org/wmn-e/classif.htm
IMO, Education should be the major focus if you want to see change
