Trump is saying that his company did file bankruptcy not him self. He used the law of land. Whats wrong with exercising the law. GM/Chrysler file bankruptcy at tough time now they are doing good. There is nothing wrong filing bankruptcy every company has to go through tough economic conditions. Nothing illegal he did. Now again there is possibility of oil companies might file bankruptcy.
