My wife applied for TPS back in august, and is working using her EAD from TPS, although she has not received the actual TPS approval letter. When i checked TPs status on USCIS website, it still says "finger print received as of date...". Her Driver License is expiring and when we went to DMV to renew License they asked for actual TPS rather than EAD. How to get around this situation. Please Share your experiences if anybody had to go through this situation.
