PM Oli called Mahato to say thank you for opening the blockade. Sure, he might have taken the initiative (according to this report by Setopati), but the fact is even the protestors, and mostly the madhesi citizens, workers/traders are fed up with this prolonged blockade that will really yield not much to them even if all the demands are met. I guess their boss (Laloo, Sushma and Modi) gave them a go-ahead to release this blockade. This guy says Madhesh andolan is in 2nd phase now and if their demands aren't met, they will go to 3rd phase where a million Madhesi/Bihari will enter Kathmandu and continue the "andolan." http://demrepubnepal.blogspot.com/ This guy doesn't have much credibility as he is supporting C.K.
